Must say I sort of like the concept, but would be nice if it opened a window
that could be docked that would list the functions and the one could just
select it that way.

But all in all a step in the right direction I guess.

copied the link from another list.
just run the file then reopen DW
go to "View" > "toolbars" > "cfml function navigator"

not as good as eclipse but its surely makes DW better then without it.
