There is one issue we have seen that stops charts working
in IIS if you set it up to make sure that files exist before executing
them, it will break the flash gateway and the /CFIDE/chartdata.cfm page.
because they are sevlets and dont acutally map to a physical file, IIS
cant find them and wont forward the request to jrun/cold fusion.
