Thanks Steve,

Knowing the date a file was created has never been big on my list of needs but you never know so I'll tuck this one away, but...

How do I find out what other gems are available within the "Scripting.FileSystemObject"? Is there a winFileSystemObj.listFunctions()?

And as an extension to that, how do I find out what other COM objects are available within the "Scripting" library(?)?

And for that matter what other libraries(?) are out there?

Sorry for the leading questions but I'm curious now and I do have a couple of file 'issues' in the current "too hard basket" that just might be solved using this kind of approach...

Thanks again,

Brett
