I'm trying to configure a connection in dbedit for SQL server 2000. I've
got the jbdc driver setup, but I'm having trouble setting up the Server
URL. I've got

jdbc:sqlserver://127.0.0.1:1433/myDB

how does that look?

Thanks,

Pete

Which brings up another Q...

When dealing with files, I typically manage everything through the DB.
When it goes in, I create a record in the DB. Any updates or
deletions of the file are managed by updating the record in the DB.

My thought behind this was to better manage the files and the
information stored against them. What do you guys do?

too much hot mustard
