I've had similar problems on my Powerbook (but with Apache 2). 

First, make sure you set the context path for your coldfusion web app to
"/". by default its cfusion or something like that.

now, make sure (in the jrun admin site or otherwise) that the server that
runs coldfusion has the same proxy port that mathces the bootstrap
directive in your httpd.conf file. if you run the wsconfig utility that
comes with JRun, it should do this for you automatically. however, if you
had similar problems as me, you will have to run the wsconfig.jar file
(not the native executable). make sure your coldfusion server is running,
and then select that server from the wsconfig drop down list.
