Its not as easy as it first looks. Been hunting for something like this to integrate with FarCry CMS. I'd recommend having a hunt through some of the Wiki's for relevant approaches. Typically just sticking to a text difference is *much* easier than attempting to visualise diffs in HTML. Also you might have some success with looking at things like CVSView and the like that use CVS diff tools.
In any event, if you find something promising let me know.. i'd be keen to help get something working under CF.
