from my experiance, one out all out quick Q: do you really need that many session vars? 'suppose it's too late to change it now (sounds legacy) but that's reserved RAM on the webserver for each persons session vars - and they last that extra 20 min until timed out. Add more users and ...well... and you could save some grief by having a common place where these sessions vars are set (set once, read everywhere).
