Hi, anyone know if CF's ability to determine the mimetype of an uploaded file is because of the info the browser provides with upload or its own internals?
Reason i ask is that I'm trying to check mimetypes against extensions of files uploaded and I'm getting application/octet-stream for a word doc from a user and application/msword from my local machine for the same file?? Any help appreciated.
