How would you (in code) know that an cf email did not get sent (say because
of a timeout)?

Hey all -
I'm not sure if this is a known bug, but if it is, let me know.
Running a MX 6.0 server, and have had some emails that have not been
sent out at the SMTP email server has timed out.
Whenever we put these emails back in the spool directory, they tend to
come out as text emails, rather than html email.
It is quite odd.
This is one case in which an upgrade IS an option, so do let me know
if that will fix the issue.
