Hi all.

I have an application that is used to order goods.  What I want to do is capture more future sales.  So for example a person comes to my site to order some goods.  They get so far into the order and then decide for whatever reason that they don’t want to finish the order.  What I want to do is capture the fact that they might have typed in a new location or closed the browser window.  If they do stop the order or leave the site, I want to be able to ask them if I can email them in the future about this order.  I think that it may be possible using _javascript_ to pop a new window.

Any other ideas ?
