Adobe Systems Incorporated and Macromedia, Inc. today announced they have received clearance from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for Adobes proposed acquisition of Macromedia. The closing of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approval in a few European jurisdictions.
