Yes, in fact, I normally only use cfinvokeargument if I'm planning on making the arguments dynamic as you have.

I'm setting up a fa�ade component which will invoke another of a few components, possibly with argument data.

Is it allowed to surround the <cfinvokeargument> tag with <cfif blah>?

As in:

<cfinvoke component="...">
   <cfif args>
      <cfinvokeargument name="args" value="#args#">
   </cfif>
</cfinvoke>

Something seems illegal here to me; I don't want to build it this way if it is, naturally.

Anybody got any pointers?
