Leon, Pull that JRE and see if things improve. There have been multiple reports of issues with 1.4.1*. I'd suggest using 1.4.0 in production for the moment.
Some other posts on the issue.... Sean Corfield posted this to CF-Talk: "1.4.1_02 has a known bug that causes the JVM to randomly crash during garbage collection - the bug is documented on Sun's website and supposedly fixed in 1.4.1_03 (which I could never find). It does, however, seems to be fixed in 1.4.2beta (although the that beta build also has a few issues)." And Joe Eugene posted: "I think 1.4.1* build versions have had some problems. I have run 1.4.0 in production without any problems." I'd definitely agree with both of them...chris >-----Original Message----- >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf >Of Leon Out >Sent: Thursday, May 29, 2003 11:27 AM >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Subject: Re: [CFCDev] Transient errors on multiple CFMX servers > >We've got Updater 3 installed on our servers, and I recently compiled >the apache connector.
