This can become a major problem depending on the Exchange server version. I'll elaborate more in another message. * Create a domain account under which you must run the ColdFusion services. * Grant that same account enough permissions to view other users' mailboxes. To test, you should log on to a computer using the CF domain account's credentials and make sure you can open other mailboxes w/o any problems. Consult your Exchange admin for more assistance.
