I just switched my side business to CrystalTech. It really depends on
your hosting needs, but for me, their shared hosting solutions are not
only reasonably priced, but the support department is fast and
professional. They provide a robust web-based control panel for
administering your own site/server options as well.

I am not sure about their dedicated hosting though.

I would suggest Media Temple (http://www.mediatemple.com) . Although
they
may cost a little more than others they definetly have the majority of
the
kinks worked out and their customer service is excellent. They had some
problems at the beginning when CFMX first came out, but most of those
problems were related to some serious Linux/CFMX issues on Macromedia's
side
which have for the most part been addressed.

support
CF MX?
