I know, matey, but at least we publish our coding standards so folks know what they're getting into ;)
On a more serious note, we're doing a major overhaul of said coding standards so if folks have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Especially things that have tripped you up and could have been avoided by having a suitable "best practice" to follow.
