Well, there's about 2 Gig of memory not doing anything, so it sure seems
like we wasted our money on it if CFMX isn't going to use it.  Do you have
any ideas how I should proceed with my investigation?  The computer is
Windows 2000 with 6.1 CFMX, but the problem was happenning with the original
version of CFMX.

The amount of memory a single process can address varies more widely 
than just OS as with Linux you can obtain different kernels or 
recompile a kernel to give you larger memory access. Additionally, 
specific versions of Windows e.g. DataCenter offer increased memory 
access for processes.
