I figured it out, well one method...no doubt long before this email appeared on the 
list!  We got one slow email server here in my company I suppose.  

Have to create a getter/setter for the goo object.  The getter returns a goo instance. 
 then whammo.  So, foo.getGoo.getName() will then work.
