Bascially you want the table name to display what 1 row in the table
contains. That's why you see tables like:

TBL_CART
TBL_CART_LINE
TBL_ORDER
TBL_ORDER_LINE

I prefer uppercase table and column names but I think lowercase is fine as
well.
