How about Rob Brooks-Bilson's "Programming CFMX"? I haven't actually
read this edition, but I know it covers CFCs somewhat extensively (and
the previous editions are great). Ben Forta's Advanced WACK for CFMX
covers CFCs and Web Services in two or three chapters I believe. There
are a few others that at least touch on them.

But as far as strictly CFC books, I believe Hal's is the only one thus
far. (Haven't read it.)
