Is any one else expericing problems with log4cf ? We're using it by calling it
inside a 'log' CFC.

We get intermitant errors (Element LOG4CF.EMAILENABLED is undefined in SERVER.
The error occurred in .../CustomTags/log4cf/xml-proc.cfm: line 73), which can
be removed by wrapping the whole of the log4cf custom tag in a named lock, so
I'm guessing it's some horriable race condition - the custom tag does not
lock it's writes to application and server scopes !

Our first page is a standard 3-pane frame, and in general one will be fine,
but two will fail with the above error, sometimes all fail however.
Obviously single-threading the entire app is a less than optimal solution.

I'm cc'ing Drew Falkman (hello !) who appears to be the author - Drew, I'd be
happy to work with you on this if you have some debug/test cases or anything
you'd like run.
