Again, I have talked with a lot of CFers since I found out about this and Barney has to be the first person that knew this was the case. To make matters worse, the output attribute doesn't just apply to a function body, it also applies to a component body.Agreed. This _is_ confusing and I'm going to blog it so others are aware.
