I added the ability to include pages into other pages, list fuses that make
up a page, generate switch files for FB3 and FB3 (using the fuse list), do
multi-wireframe amalgomations, so you can model one circuit per wireframe,
and still do cross-circuit linking.  I also added a VERY primitive security
system (allowing read and/or write access per wireframe), and did some
filesystem reorganization so it can be placed on a public server, without
exposing data.  It's also got more helpful broken link detection, dropdowns
on the add/edit screen to avoid having to remember the page names, and a few
other things.

The GUI is tuned for IE5.5+, and I did some CFMX-only stuff as well, though
it should be fairly trivial to reverse that to bring it back down to CF5 or
CF4.5.

It's quite functional, but still rough, and lacks any docs.  I'd be happy to
zip it up and shoot a copy to you (or anyone who's interested).
