As Thomas said, there's no function to generate lists of bank holidays as
they're decided by humans. Your best bet would be to maintain a list of bank
holidays and have an admin page to allow you to add bank holidays as they're
announced.

Bit of a long shot this, but is there a Date function / method to determine
when a UK bank holiday is? I've built a calendar and I'd like to be able to
highlight bank holiday days if possible.
