<cfinvoke component="super" method="f" returnvariable="ret">
         <cfloop collection="#arguments#" item="key">
            <cfinvokeargument name="#key#" value="#arguments[key]#"/>
         </cfloop>
      </cfinvoke>

[slaps head]

Heh. I spend so little time coding in CFML (as opposed to CFScript), I
clean forgot about <cfinvoke> and its chums.

That's a reasonably workable answer. Cheers.

Pity to hear Macromedia don't seem keen to actually *fix* the issue
though.

Thanks for all input on this topic, everyone.
