We have close to a dozen developers working on a dev server. All have differing debugging requirements, but the CF debugging options are either "on" or "off". It'd be good if each debugging option was IP-address-specific just like the "show debugging" option is.
As far as I can tell, there's no reason not to put that type of configuration right in the debugging window itself. No need to access the administrator--if your IP is on the list of authorized IPs, then whenever you feel like it you should be able to add "debug=true" to the url and then configure to your heart's content. Store the prefs in a cookie or something.
