Its universal.  It just uses MachII to connect the beautiful front end
with the awesome backend code :).  No really, The included runner just
uses MachII,  but you could (and I did in a previous rev) just run the
code from a simple self-posting form.  The Mach-II part was more or
less an excercise for me.  If you want, a simpler runner could be put
together that doesn't use MachII.
