I've had some strong hints that this problem has been "addressed" - however
I've gotten no details as to how.

Also I'm not sure if it's being addressed in CFMX 7 or the next (presumably
free) 6.1 updater/service pack.

For now I'm just pretending that CFINCLUDE doesn't work inside a method.
