The big question is whether the serialization is only going to be there for replication, or whether you'll be able to serialize the CFC programmatically.

Actually, at the New York CFUG meeting during Ben's tour, he
explicitly mentioned that serializable CFCs would indeed be in
Blackstone. I know because I'm the one who asked the question (as a
disgruntled user in a clustered environment!!)
