No need to condense things down--if you'll simply send me one of the stacktraces when the internal server error occurs, we'll probably be able to figure out what's going one. If you're running BlueDragon/J2EE, you'll find the error pages in the "WEB-INF/bluedragon/work/temp/rtelogs" directory.
I suspect it's one or two errors causing the problems you're seeing (and there's a good chance they're already fixed in the next BD 6.2 beta).
