hrm, maybe my memory of when we bumped into that "clash" is foggy. however, the point is still valid - I'm stuck developing on a CF5 server because another app the client already has is not CFMX complaint and thus "i'm using CF5" is a good excuse for solving the problem outside of a CFC.
