For the list's benefit, Ali and I cleared up what was a
misunderstanding on his part surrounding this.

What I said was that upgrading to CF7 broke our code in three places.
Two of those were where our code relied on bugs in CF61 that got fixed
in CF7. In particular, we constructed multi-part emails as text and
sent them using just <cfmail> - we were not using the <cfmailpart> tag
that CF61 introduced - and it silently allowed the raw emails to be
interpreted as multi-part. CF7 fixes that bug. It requires (correctly)
that you use <cfmailpart> to specify multi-part emails.

A quick perusal of the CF7 docs makes it very clear that multi-part
emails work just fine in CF7.
