yes it works with flex builder

Usually the Extension Manager install the extension on the most recent
release it finds on the system. Since Flex Builder shipped later than DW
2004 the extension went there.

Usually there are two ways:

1) Open the Extension Manager, select DW 2004 from the drop-down. Then go to
File > Install Extension and browse to the .mxp file

2) Install the extension while you keep DW 2004 open

I never used Flex Builder, so I am not 100% it will works. Please give it a
try and let us know

It's almost like using Ecplise without plug-ins. You miss a good amount of
