I can confirm that it's both free (at least the freeware version is free!)
and that so far it seems quite good - perfect for what i need.

It seems to be fully configurable with very flexible filters, you can add
any file extensions to it so it's showing my cfml pages, it does query
strings, pulls the logs directly off the server for you, even out of a zip
file, and you can configure the reports to show as many lines as needed.

And it's very easy to install.

2 small gotcha's - if you have it store the logs in it's internal database,
any filter tweaking that would exclude hits are not deleted from the
database and then it looks like the filters don't work sometimes. You need
to disable the database until you're done tweaking your report
configuration. And you need to be aware to save your configuration. I lost
the first round - the program closed and didn't ask me.
