Have you tired to disable them via RT click on my computer and manage?

You can just delete the appropriate registry keys from
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services. However, I'd recommend that you
instead use the Service Installer tool that comes with the Windows 2000
Resource Kit. Be careful in either case not to remove services that are
required by the operating system. You might want to back up the registry
keys before you delete them, too.
