interesting thread, this...

I have to ask tho, when is arguments a struct Vs a scope? 

I'm thinking 
<cfif structKeyExists(arguments, "start_date")>
etc 

and what about FORM, URL, etc.. Struct? Scopes? both?  struct == scope?
