We've been using the Windows port since pre version 1.0. On one occasion, a
Berkley DB based repository got wedged. We ran a command and fixed it. Other
than that, no problems. I haven't tried a FSFS based repository yet.

We generally use TortoiseSVN for the client. TortoiseSVN is great, but it's
under pretty heavy development. So, there's a good deal of changes from
version to version, and with it, a few bugs. Nevertheless, it's pretty
outstanding.

We wrote a WSH script that scans a drive and performs hot copies of all the
repositories on the drive. So, at this point, management is down to a right
click, "Create repository here..." and dragging and dropping a common conf
file into the config directory.

Subversion on Windows might be the most hassle free piece of software I've
run in a long time.
