Interesting. So the email might cause another error. Great! Well, it seems be MAC related so it's only affecting a small percentage of users but I would like to solve the problem if it is indeed solvable.
Could this be a bug in CFMX 7?

That probably won't help - the error comes about because CFMX is
unable to parse the cookie data it is getting back from the browser.
That can happen when the browser sends a cookie with , in the value
(which is not strictly legal!):
cookie1=foo,bar,cookie2=fubar
looks like:
cookie1=foo
bar
cookie2=fubar
and the 'bar' part doesn't parse as a valid cookie definition.
At least, I *think* that might be what's causing your problem...
