That'll start a new subject thread, but the fact that you replied to a
message on the original thread will make some threading software
consider this message to be part of that original thread.  Better to
start a brand new message, address it manually, and shoot it off (copy
and pasting in any content that you might need as starter).  That'll
get both scenarios.
