Yeah, that's my thinking. Then use getMemento / setMemento to handle saving / restoring it.
Can't help but feel I'm using the wrong pattern name but should work great for stuff like user-profiles, where you're never quite sure what you might need to add a later date and you don't want the hassle of updating your database / sql.
