Bill, It's probably because I'm a tea addict.  Whenever I get the chance
to code name a project - it's usually tea related - my little thing -
Darjeeling, Assam...  I'm I was silently poking fun at all the coffee
related names with Java.

Secondly, I was going to start a free tools website called Pekoe Tools
(yet another tea related thing).  All in all - is was just about having
some fun and rebranding the bean generator away from Mach-II Beaner -
since it can be used in things not Mach-II.
