[CFCDev] OT: Email Default...

I thought someone here might know where to point me if not having the actual answer.   You know how you can set Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird (etc.) as the default email program? I am writing some intranet software and would like to have a web based email software rather than those options.
