It sure does, but it also lets you run various versions of a framework
in parallel -- so you can have your 5 FB 4.0 apps, your 15 FB 4.1
apps, and your 1 app that uses a hacked version of FB41 to fix that
StructCopy/Duplicate bug. Sometime's that approach can be a plus.
