Reminds me of a case a couple of weeks ago on the vim mailing list (vim
= a text editor). Seems like someone had subscribed the ebay support
e-mail address to the list.
This lead to there coming, at irregular intervals, responses stating
"Hi, I am brad, and bla bla, unfortunately it seems like your support
requests relates to a software and not to the ebay services bla bla" (it
was differently worded each time, and signed with differente names).
