Personally I might institute a "one strike and your out" rule. It's difficult to configure some clients not to send them to specific people (then again it's difficult to configure some clients to do anything... we're on Notes r5 at the office). Some companies require them (although I don't see any compelling why you would have list mail sent to a business address either). But dammit it's easy to configure any client I've seen to only send ONE copy of the OOO message to each person! ;^) One OOO message is an annoyance and we get to pick on you, two and yer gone.
