I didnt think anyone was 'banging' on anyone.  I was reminded of an incident that amused me at the time (and still does) and thought i'd lighten the load a bit by passing it on.   Apparently it amused Tom too because he commented on it.

 

I didnt t hink anyone disagreed with Ray.  Anyway it wouldnt matter if we did.  As you say, it's his domain and he's the boss.  He can be fair or unfair, reasoned or act on a whim - its entirely his deal and I'll go along with whatever he wants to do.
