Its a plugin for eclipse that does simple UML diagrams. its not as complex as Argo or Visio and its slightly neater than pencil and paper. and has PDF and JPG exports.
i cant see the point of Poseidon/Argo or even Visio's uml support unless you are going to use it for code generation. I allways find with using Argo i never fill out all the details on those forms or im using a dogy notation to try to convey something to other developers who dont know UML ...ie making my cfc diagrams look like ER diagrams with methods :) ...maybe that says something about my designs im not sure.
Pencil and paper is all you need to get your mind clear about whats going on. you really only need to draw up your docs if they have to be read by someone else other than yourself. The main point is that you have *some* documentation to refer to and to help you plan whats going on.
