None taken. I know that you may be very rigid in development processes and I also know you're aware that everyone doesn't always do the level of planning they *should* before starting development on an app. After all, CF is a Rapid Application Development environment. I am a fan of keeping the "Rapid" in RAD. It doesn't really matter if I enter the <controller> block at the beginning or middle of the process, it's still a bunch of typing I'd rather not do. Either way, I know I am not alone in frustration over managing large config.xml files and the scrolling involved in maintaining the various sections of them. My own design and planning time aside, it's an annoyance for everyone I've ever spoken to about it and solving that problem by saying "that's your fault after all" isn't really very productive when other solutions are presented and available. -Cameron -- Cameron Childress Sumo Consulting Inc http://www.sumoc.com --- cell: 678.637.5072 aim: cameroncf email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ---------------------------------------------------------- You are subscribed to cfcdev.
