IIRC (since I do mostly Mach-II stuff these days) - you can do something
like this in your onRequestStart():
<cfif StructKeyExists(url, "reloadApp")>
<cfset onApplicationStart() />
</cfif>
That way you can reload your application on the fly. Please correct me
if I'm wrong - I can't remember where I tried or saw this.
