You can start here:

Run the Spam database lookup with your domain (the top center one), and you'll get a report of all spam databases where your domain is blacklisted. Then it's a matter of contacting each one and asking them to remove you.

I think the best solution is to stop complaining and use Thunderbird or Evolution for email.
I would not even have noticed that I receive spam from the list if people would not have started to complain about it.
It just goes to the junk folder (that I check from time to time).
